Welcome to Hair by Cecellia. Ever since I gave my grandma’s porcelain doll their first haircut
(I got in trouble but don’t worry, I’ve improved since then), I knew the hair industry was for me. In 2005 I graduated from Phagans School of Beauty and Hairstyling.
In addition to passing all of my final tests with high scores, I also received certification in coloring, facials, and waxing. I specialize in working with all different types of hair, creating styles that can be worn every day.
I’m aware of and sensitive to the challenges of current trends and can provide professional solutions to make you feel and look fabulous! In addition, I want to make your time with me a pleasant and relaxing break in your day.
I am available for haircuts, coloring and shampoo/styles during regular shop hours, 3-8 on Mondays, 9-2 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Sundays.
Our salon proudly uses R+Co and Unite products, which are eco-friendly, not tested on animals, and hypoallergenic. Our fine lines of shampoos, conditioners, mousses, and de-tanglers are also available for purchase at our salon. I look forward to meeting you and giving you all your hair needs 😊.
